NSW Police Seek Help Locating Missing Murwillumbah Teenager

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from the state's north.

Jayda North, aged 14, was last seen at an address on McPherson Court, Murwillumbah, about 12.05am on Friday (26 April 2024).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Tweed-Byron Police District were notified and commenced enquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Jayda's welfare due to her age.

Jayda is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm – 175cm tall, of a medium build, with dark brown medium length hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black dress and a small white bag with stars on it.

She is known to frequent the Murwillumbah area.
