Police have located a body in the water at Dover Heights today. , NSW Police say
About 2.15pm today, emergency services were called to Hunter Street, following reports a body was seen floating in the water.
Just before 3pm, water police located the body of a female, believed to be aged in her 20s, floating in the water, about 100m from the shore at Dover Heights.
At this stage the woman has not been formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Inquiries continue.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stopers.
