ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: HEAVY, LOCALLY INTENSE RAINFALL

A humid airmass is producing slow moving thunderstorms with heavy to intense rainfall VERY DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS are likely to produce heavy, locally intense rainfall that may lead to dangerous and life-threatening flash flooding over the next several hours in parts of the Arnhem district.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding over the next several hours in parts of the Daly, Arnhem and Carpentaria districts. Locations which may be affected include Pine Creek, Bulman and Arnhem District south of Ramingining. Snowdrop Creek has recorded 95mm in 2 hours to 9:45pm ACST.
