Under the Recycling and Waste Reduction (Product Stewardship - Television and Computers) Rules 2021, approved co-regulatory arrangements are required to provide independently audited annual reports for the department to publish. Co-regulatory arrangements report on a range of matters related to their role as administrators of the scheme.
As of 18 April 2023, the department has received annual reports from three approved co-regulatory arrangements which provided television and computer recycling services in the 2021-22 scheme year.
