As stated by Constable Zac Munro, Dunedin Police [+PICTURE}
Police are appealing for any information about a war medal taken from a Dunedin address.
The medal, similar to that pictured, was taken in the past year and is a family heirloom of great sentimental value.
It is a Distinguished Conduct Medal from the Boer War, inscribed with "Nelson Howard Finch 8th Squadrion 4th regiment Imperial Yeomanry."
