One person has died after a two-vehicle crash on Kerikeri Inlet Road, Kerikeri, last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 8.30pm.
One person passed away a short time later.
Another person was seriously injured.
The Serious Crash Unit has examined the scene, and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
