Police can now name the three people who died following a crash involving two vehicles on State Highway 1 in Hatepe, south of Taupo on Saturday 4 May.
They were 41-year-old Joseph Steven Takau, 22-year-old Viliami Tatofi Fifita and 22-year-old Siale O'Failoto Koloi all of Auckland.
Our thoughts are with their friends of families at this tragic time.
