Police can now release the names of the two people who died following a crash on State Highway 2 at Mangatainoka on 4 April.
They were Kevin Sterling Hanks, 40, of Woodville and Macauley William Arnott, 13, of Mangamutu.
Police extend our sympathies to their families and friends.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
