Police can now name the man found deceased in the Tauranga Harbour entrance on Saturday 5 October.
He was Clayton Patrick Nathan-Graves, 29, from Pyes Pa. He was also known as Clayton Patrick Graves.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of Mr Nathan-Graves' death, alongside Maritime NZ.
