Hawke's Bay Police are making enquiries to locate Sam Sulusi, 27, who has a warrant to arrest.
He has distinctive facial tattoos. [Photo attached]
If you see him, he should not be approached.
Anyone who has any information about his whereabouts or possible sightings is asked to contact Hastings Police on 111.
