A Northern Territory Police Officer has been served with a Notice to Appear in Darwin Local Court on 30 August 2021.
The 54-year-old female officer has been charged with:
- Disclosure of confidential information pursuant to section 76 of the Criminal Code Act 1983
The matter is under investigation by the Professional Standards Command.
As the matter is now before the courts, no further information will be provided.
