An off-duty police officer has been charged over an alleged assault in Sydney's north west.
A 41-year-old probationary constable attached to a command in the North West Metropolitan Region, was arrested in Ryde about 12.15am today (Thursday 22 October 2020), and taken to Ryde Police Station.
He was charged with three counts of common assault and granted conditional bail to appear before Burwood Local Court on Friday 30 November 2020.
The man's employment status is under review.
