Officers from Professional Standards Command have been investigating the offences, alleged to have occurred at North Sydney in December 2020, while the male senior constable was off duty.

Following inquiries, a 34-year-old man – who is attached to a specialist command – was today (Tuesday 11 May 2021), issued with a future court attendance notice for seven counts of sexual touching.

The officer is due to appear in Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday 22 June 2021.

His duty status is under review.
