OMCG members to face court in Tamworth

Two Outlaw Motorcycle Gang members will face court today after investigations into a break and enter that occurred last week, NSW Police say.

About 7pm on Tuesday 21 November 2017, four men attended a home on Goonoo Goonoo Road, Tamworth, allegedly threatening the occupants and making demands.

The matter was reported to police.

On Tuesday 28 November 2017, detectives from Oxley Local Area Command commenced an operation with the assistance of officers from OSG and Strike Force Raptor and about 5.50pm, two men aged 30 and 24, were arrested at a take away store on Goonoo Goonoo Road.

The men, who are confirmed members of the Finks OMCG, were taken to Tamworth Police Station.

They were subsequently charged with demand property with menace, and aggravated break and enter.

Both men were refused bail and will appear in Tamworth Local Court today (Wednesday 29 November 2017).
