Police have arrested a 20-year-old man in relation to the alleged serious assault of a 60-year-old man near Heyington Railway Station in Toorak on Saturday afternoon.
The man was arrested about 2.40pm today in Malvern East.
He is currently in custody and assisting police with their enquiries.
Police are still searching for an 18-year-old man in relation to the alleged assault and are urging him to come forward.
