One man arrested after police vehicle rammed - Holsworthy

A man has been arrested after a police vehicle was rammed in a carpark at Holsworthy today.

About 12.40pm (Thursday 1 October 2020), a stolen vehicle, with a number of people on board, rammed a police vehicle in the Holsworthy Railway Station Carpark on The Boulevarde, Holsworthy.

The stolen vehicle stopped, and a male passenger got out before it sped away.

The passenger was arrested and has been taken to Liverpool Police Station where he is assisting with inquiries.

No police officers were injured, and an operation is now underway with the assistance of the Dog Unit and Polair to locate the stolen vehicle and its occupants.

The stolen vehicle is a brown Mazda B32 Utility with NSW registration YGE63X.
