A drink driver will spend some time without his licence after he was caught driving over the legal alcohol limit in Malvern this morning.
Police were called to reports of an erratic driver on High Street in Malvern about 1.50am.
The driver, 19-year-old probationary driver from Wheelers Hill, allegedly returned a breath alcohol reading of 0.223.
The Wheelers Hill man had his driver's licence immediately suspended and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
