P2 driver charged with high-range PCA after hitting three vehicles in Hurstville

A man will appear in court charged with drink driving after a crash in Hurstville overnight, NSW Police say.

About 1.50am tomorrow, a 21-year-old man was driving a Mazda 6 on Dora Street, Hurstville.

Police will allege the vehicle left the roadway and hit two stationary vehicles which caused his vehicle to roll. The vehicle eventually came to a stop after he allegedly struck another vehicle.

No one was injured as a result of the crash.

Police arrived at the scene and breath tested the 21-year-old driver who allegedly returned a positive result.

He was arrested and taken to Kogarah Police Station where he underwent a breath analysis which returned an alleged reading of 0.166.

The P2 provisional driver was charged with drive high-range PCA and his licence was suspended.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday 7 November 2017.
