Pair arrested on drug trafficking in western suburbs

Two men will face court today following a drug arrest at Croydon Park overnight.

Just before 7pm on Thursday 23 July, detectives from Western District CIB attended a storage facility on Days Road in relation to an ongoing investigation. There, police located two men and conducted a search uncovering 180grams of methamphetamine and $50,000 in cash.

A 24-year-old Croydon Park man and a 60-year-old Ethelton man were both arrested and charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of a drug. They have been refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court later today.
