The Regulator of Social Housing reports that Parasol Homes Ltd has been placed on its gradings under review list today (4 November 2021).
The registered provider has fewer than 1,000 social housing units and therefore does not have a current published regulatory grading/judgement in accordance with our established procedures.
The regulator is currently investigating matters which may impact on Parasol's compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
