We've completed works on the Park Street ramp and the new platform on Brighton Beach.
The former narrow gravel ramp is now sealed to improve access for emergency and maintenance vehicles. The new beach level platform will help to keep the beach clean, providing a suitable place for temporary storage of beach cleaning equipment, and seaweed and skip bins.
The new ramp can be used by beach and promenade path users and the vehicle access gate will remain locked unless being used by approved vehicles.
