Parramatta Council Unveils Draft Concept Design for Civic Link Block 3

Help transform the heart of Paramatta

Council, in partnership with the NSW Government, is working to deliver our aspirational Civic Link, a green pedestrian spine that links Parramatta Square to the Parramatta River.

This transformational project is being delivered in four phases - one phase for each block:

Block 1: Parramatta Square - Delivered by Council

Block 2: Sydney Metro West - To be delivered by NSW Government

Block 3: Horwood Place - our focus now

Block 4: Powerhouse Museum - To be delivered by NSW Government

We're developed a design for Horwood Place running between George Street and Phillip Street that incorporates Parramatta's history and connection with the River.

Now, we want to know what you think.
