Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 28-year-old man Patrick Lloyd.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the East Bentleigh man in relation to serious drug and firearm offences.
Lloyd is known to frequent the Bentleigh, Oakleigh, Longwarry and Moe areas.
He is Caucasian in appearance with fair complexion, about 185cm tall, thin build with short dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Lloyd in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
