Meet Jenna Ravarino

Major: Human and Organizational Development

Minor: Business

What are your plans for the future?

I plan to pursue a career in business focused on global risk and strategy. I am especially interested in roles across finance, insurance and risk management that emphasize problem solving, relationship building and strategic thinking. Ultimately, I want to contribute to work that addresses real global challenges while delivering solutions that are both practical and people centered.

How will this fellowship and your education in HOD at Peabody College support your goals?

My education in human and organizational development at Peabody College has been foundational in shaping how I approach leadership, teamwork and problem-solving. Through HOD, I have developed a deep understanding of how individuals, teams and institutions function, and how evidence-based decision making can drive meaningful outcomes. Balancing this academic work alongside the demands of Division I athletics has strengthened my time management, communication skills and performance consistently under pressure.

The Wattles Fellowship will build directly on this foundation by immersing me in a global professional environment where adaptability, judgment and collaboration are essential. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from this experience and past Wattles Fellows, whose career paths and mentorship set a powerful example of leadership, curiosity and global engagement. Their experiences serve as both inspiration and guidance as I take this next step.
