Police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a motorcycle in Elwood last night.
Emergency services were called to reports of the collision on Brighton Road, near Dickens Street, about 11.20pm.
The man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he sadly died.
The male motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries and was also taken to hospital.
The exact circumstances have not yet been determined and the investigation is ongoing.
