Police are currently on scene following a fatal collision that has claimed the life of a pedestrian in Ormond this morning.
Investigators have been told a truck collided with a pedestrian at the intersection of North and Booran Roads about 11am.
The pedestrian, a yet to be formally identified female, sadly died at the scene.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
The driver of the truck, a 75-year-old male, is assisting police with enquiries.
