Peep and pry, stalk charges - Campsie

A man has been charged with peep and pry, stalking and film person's private parts following an investigation in Sydney's south west.

Police will allege a man was seen filming a woman in the shower through her bathroom window in her Campsie home about 1am on Saturday (29 February 2020). The woman got dressed and allegedly confronted the man before he ran off.

About 12.20am today (Tuesday 3 March 2020), the same man was seen in the area; a man and woman were able to detain the man before contacting police.

Officers from Campsie Police Area Command attended and arrested a 29-year-old man at the scene.

The man was taken to Campsie Police Station and charged with peep and pry, film person's private parts, two counts stalk/intimidate, and two counts of enter enclosed lands.

The man has been refused bail to appear at Burwood Local Court today.
