Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Perparim Gruda.
The 40-year-old is wanted for failing to appear at court for drug offences.
Investigators have released an image of Gruda in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Gruda is described as 180cm tall, with a medium build and short partially balding black hair.
He is known to frequent the Footscray and Niddrie areas.
