Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 7.5 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 911 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 4.8 per cent compared to the week prior and unit sales were up 1.6 per cent, while land sales were down 61.8 per cent.

There were 4,795 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is similar to the previous week. This can be attributed to house and unit listings remaining relatively steady while listings for vacant land increased 1.8 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 3.8 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 35.7 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,325 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 1.2 per cent up on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 2.7 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 2.9 per cent higher than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 702 properties leased last week, which is similar to the previous week, 2.9 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 10.9 per cent higher than a year ago.
