Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 17.2 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 625 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were down 21.7 per cent compared to the week prior and unit sales were down 24.8 per cent while land sales were up 43.3 per cent.

There were 3,669 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 11.9 per cent higher than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings increasing 14.8 per cent compared to the week prior and unit listings increasing 12.1 per cent while listings for vacant land decreased 6.2 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 20.8 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 26.4 per cent lower than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,099 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 7.8 per cent up on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 11.2 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 7.2 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 492 properties leased last week, which is similar to the previous week but 30.9 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 27.1 per cent lower than a year ago.
