Perth Market Snapshot: Week Ending Jan 11, 2026

Sales transactions in Perth last week were up 204.3 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 429 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 154.7 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were up 261.5 per cent and land sales were up 622.2 per cent.

Perth's highest sale price: Leeming – $1,570,000

Perth's lowest sale price: Orelia – $490,000

There were 2,083 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 11.9 per cent higher than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings increasing 14.9 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings increasing 11.5 per cent and listings for vacant land increasing 1.6 per cent.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 20.3 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 54.1 per cent lower than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,178 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 24.1 per cent up on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 1 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 4.9 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 503 properties leased last week, which is 98.8 per cent higher than the previous week, 25.8 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 14.3 per cent lower than a year ago.
