Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 2.9 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 776 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were down 10.5 per cent compared to the week prior while unit sales were up 13.1 per cent and land sales were up 24.7 per cent.

There were 3,373 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 1.3 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 0.8 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings decreasing 2.6 per cent and listings for vacant land decreasing 1.4 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 15.1 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 2.7 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,399 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.4 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is similar to four weeks ago but 4.3 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 703 properties leased last week, which is 6.9 per cent lower than the previous week and 5.4 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 1.7 per cent higher than a year ago.
