Perth Market Snapshot: Week Ending Oct 26, 2025

Sales transactions in Perth last week were up 6.4 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 903 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 3.4 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were up 2.1 per cent and land sales were up 55.8 per cent.

Perth's highest sale price: Nedlands – $6,650,000

Perth's lowest sale price: Mandurah – $450,000

There were 2,930 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 3.5 per cent higher than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings increasing 4.1 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings increasing 1.1 per cent and listings for vacant land increasing 4.1 per cent.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 3.1 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 40.6 per cent lower than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,178 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.9 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 5.6 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 13.7 per cent higher than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 666 properties leased last week, which is 4.7 per cent higher than the previous week, 2.5 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 10.4 per cent higher than a year ago.
