Sales transactions in Perth last week were similar to the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 1,007 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were stable compared to the week prior, while unit sales were down 3 per cent and land sales were up 11.6 per cent.

There were 4,251 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 6.5 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 8.3 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings decreasing 5.8 per cent and listings for vacant land remaining stable.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 10.6 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 30 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,375 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is similar to the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 3.4 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 1.2 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 637 properties leased last week, which is 5.5 per cent lower than the previous week, 8.2 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 5.2 per cent lower than a year ago.
