Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 16.7 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 732 transactions. A closer look shows unit sales were similar to the week prior while house sales were down 12.2 per cent compared to the week prior and land sales were down 58.5 per cent.

There were 4,809 properties for sale in Perth in Perth at the end of last week, which is 4.5 per cent higher than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings increasing 5 per cent compared to the week prior and unit listings increasing 5.6 per cent while listings for vacant land decreased 1.4 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 21.3 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 1.4 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,304 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.6 per cent up on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 7 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 3.3 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 621 properties leased last week, which is 3.7 per cent lower than the previous week and 2.5 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 3.8 per cent higher than a year ago.
