Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Phillip Kent.
The 45-year-old is wanted on warrant for contravening a court order.
Investigators have released an image of Kent in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Kent is described as 170cm tall, with a medium build and black and grey hair.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and Footscray areas.
