The Joint Emergency Services Call Centre in Darwin has resumed normal functions, Northern Territory Police say.
131444 calls are now being received however the public may still experience delays.
Calls to 000 for Northern Territory Police, Northern Territory Fire & Rescue Service, and St John Ambulance continue to remain unaffected.
