Construction works will soon begin at M O'Sullivan Reserve, located between Webb Avenue and Delma Crescent, Seymour.
The project includes demolition of the existing playground and construction of a new playground in closer proximity to the existing footpaths.
The new playground will provide a new central play piece with slides and climbing elements, swings and landscape elements such as rocks and logs.
Works are expected to begin Monday 23 February and will take approximately three weeks to complete, weather permitting.
How will I be impacted?
- For the duration of the works, the area will be closed with footpath detours in place for pedestrians.
- Construction works will be carried out from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with possible construction works undertaken between 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
- If construction works are planned outside of these hours, residents in the immediate vicinity will be notified in advance.
