Police appeal after shots fired into house at Wagga Wagga

Police are appealing for witnesses after shots were fired into a house in Wagga Wagga this morning.

About 5.30am today (Wednesday 24 July 2019), a man was woken by the sound of a motorbike outside a house on Eldershaw Drive, Forest Hill.

Shortly after, the man heard a loud bang and saw that the window had a large hole, believed to be caused by a shot gun. A motorbike was heard leaving the area shortly after.

No one was injured in the incident.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have seen a red/white motorbike in the area to contact police.

Police inquiries are continuing.
