Police appeal fo information on Albanvale armed robbery

Brimbank Embona Investigators are appealing for assistance after an armed robbery in Albanvale earlier this month.

Investigators have been told a man entered a convenience store with a home-made firearm, on kings Road around 4.20am on Wednesday 3 November.

The man stole cash and cigarettes before fleeing the store.

He is described as being between 30 and 50-years-of-age and wearing a distinctive black and red hooded jumper and black face mask.

Police have released an image of a man they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
