Police appeal for dashcam: Armed robbery, Kallangur

Police are seeking public assistance following the armed robbery of a pharmacy in Kallangur on Tuesday (August 17).

Around 8.20pm a man entered the Anzac Avenue business with a knife before demanding items from an employee.

The man ran from the store a short time later with a quantity of cash. No one was physically injured.

Police are seeking assistance from anyone who may have dashcam footage, anyone who witnessed the robbery, or anyone who may have been in the following locations from just after 8.20pm till around 8.40pm on Tuesday, August 17:

  • Hungry Jacks Kallangur located at 1385 Anzac Avenue, Kallangur
  • Intersection of Anzac Avenue, School Road and Goodfellows Road, Kallangur.

Investigations, including a canvassing of local businesses, indicate the man may have been in the vicinity of these locations between these times.

The man, described as Caucasian, is approximately 183cms and was wearing dark coloured clothing.
