Police are currently searching for and appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Ajak who has autism.
The 16-year-old boy was last seen at his St Albans address about 7pm on Wednesday 21 May.
There are serious concerns for Ajak's welfare as he requires a carer to accompany him outside the home.
Ajak is described as being about 162cm tall, with a slim build and short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black jeans and white runners.
An image of Ajak has been released in the hope it will assist in locating him.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, St Albans, Delahey and Kings Park areas.
Anyone who sights Ajak is urged to call Keilor Downs Police Station on (03) 9365 3333.
