Police appeal - Stolen jewellery at Beenleigh

Police are seeking public assistance to help identify a man who stole a number of jewellery items from a shop in Beenleigh on June 19.

Around 1.50pm the man (pictured below) entered the store on Main Street and tried on a number of items at the front counter.

He then ran from the store a short time later with multiple necklaces, bracelets and pendants, and was seen getting into a white Suzuki wagon being driven by another person.

It's believed the man attended the store a day before the incident and spent a considerable amount of time looking at items.

He is described as Caucasian, around 175cm tall with short dark facial hair, dark eyes, and has tattoos on his arms.

If you recognise this man, please contact police.
