Police appeal to find man missing from Westmead

Police are appealing for public assistance to find a man reported missing from Sydney's west.

Charbel Taouk, aged 40, was last seen shortly before 8pm last (Saturday 31 April 2021) but hasn't been seen since.

Mr Taouk is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance with an olive complexion, large build, about 160cm tall, balding with tattoos.

Officers from Parramatta Police Area Command have concerns for Mr Taouk's welfare due to the length of time he has not been in contact with family or friends. It's not known what he was wearing at the time.

He is known to frequent Granville, Guildford, Old Guildford, Merrylands as well as catching public transport.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Taouk since Saturday, or who has information of his whereabouts, is urged to call Parramatta police or Crime Stoppers.
