Police appeal to find missing woman - Kingswood 15 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a woman missing from the Kingswood area.

Shakira McAlister, aged 19, was last seen leaving Nepean Hospital, Kingswood, about 2.30pm on Wednesday 8 September 2021.

At the time she was wearing a black top, hospital gown and white beanie, and had a small bandage/covering the right side of her head.

Hospital staff notified police and officers from Nepean Police Area Command have since been conducting inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police have reviewed CCTV and Shakira is believed to have left the hospital with a man driving a silver vehicle. He was wearing a red t-shirt, black baseball cap, black and white face mask and black shoulder bag.

Police have concerns for Shakira's welfare due to a medical condition that requires treatment.

Shakira is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 165cm to 175cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She is known to frequent the Kingswood, Blacktown and Riverstone areas.
