Police appeal to identify man for obscene exposure - Haymarket

Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man wanted for an alleged obscene exposure at a Sydney CBD railway station late last year.

About 9.35pm on Wednesday 29 December 2022, a 37-year-old man was approached by another man at Central Railway Station on Platforms 24/25.

It has been alleged the other man exposed himself and made a verbal threat before leaving the location on a train.

The incident was reported to officers attached to the Police Transport Command, North Central, who commenced an investigation into the matter.

The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, in his early 20's and 185cm tall.

He was wearing a blue shirt with white writing on the sleeves and chest, black pants and white shoes.

Police have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.
