Police are appealing for assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's east.
Ammon Hu, aged 14, was last seen at a restaurant in Bondi Junction about 5.15pm yesterday (Thursday 9 October 2025).
When he failed to return home and could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Ammon's welfare due to his age and his disappearance being out of character.
He is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.
Ammon was last seen wearing a dark blue and white long-sleeved jacket, blue pants and black joggers.
Ammon is known to frequent the Bondi Junction, Surry Hills, Kingsford and Edgecliff areas.
