Police appeal to locate girl missing from Hinchinbrook

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's South West.

Hannah Taefu, aged 15, was last seen on Sanderling Street, Hinchinbrook, about 6.30pm today (Saturday 6 May 2023).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Hannah is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, about 165cm tall with solid build with brown hair.

She was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes, a long white t-shirt and a black jumper with a small white heart on the left chest area; she may also be carrying a small black backpack.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
