Police Appeal To Locate Girl Missing From Hurstville 6 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney's south.

Meresiana Qoro, aged 14, was last seen in a shopping centre on Forest Road, Hurstville, about 1pm on Friday 27 January 2026.

When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Thursday 5 February 2026) and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Meresiana's welfare due to her age.

Meresiana is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, between 170cm to 180cm tall, of medium build, with dark coloured hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper and grey trackpants.

Meresiana is known to frequent parks and shopping centres in the Miranda and Hurstville areas.

Anyone who sees Meresiana or has information into her whereabouts is urged to contact St George Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
