Police appeal to locate girl missing from Lakemba

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a young girl missing from Sydney's south west.

Skye Gagliardi, aged 13, was reported missing to officers from Campsie Police Area Command, when she failed to return to her Lakemba home yesterday (Friday 24 June 2022) and could not be contacted.

An investigation into her whereabouts has commenced.

Police and family hold concerns for Skye's welfare due to her age.

Skye is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build, between 150cm – 155cm tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police believe she may be frequenting the areas of Redfern, Lakemba, Mt Druitt and Riverstone, and utilising the public transport network.

Anyone with information about Skye's whereabouts is urged to contact Campsie Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
